1. Domain Services & Pricing

• New Registrations: £20.00 per year.
• Renewals: £20.00 per year.
• Transfers & Cancellations: We do not charge any fee to transfer a domain name away from our tag to an alternative Nominet registrar, nor do we levy admin fees for domain cancellations.
• Renewal Notifications: We will issue an email alert to the registered holder at least 30 days prior to a domain's expiry date. If a domain is not explicitly renewed by the expiry date, it will automatically enter the standard Nominet domain expiry lifecycle.

2. Customer Service Commitment

We value prompt communications. We aim to respond to all routine customer inquiries, support updates, and domain management requests within 3 business days of receipt.

3. Reporting Domain Abuse

If you discover a domain name on our registrar tag being utilized for malicious activities (such as phishing, spam distributions, malware deployment, or trademark infringement), please notify us instantly:

We investigate all valid abuse escalations within 2 business days and execute corrective mitigation where necessary.

4. Complaints & Escalation Paths

If you are dissatisfied with any element of our domain management service, please approach us via mail@mixtapedesign.co.uk so we can investigate your grievance. We guarantee to acknowledge and formally address all complaints within 3 business days.

Should our final resolution fail to address your grievance completely, you retain the right to escalate the matter directly to the registry operator (Nominet UK) by visiting their complaints board here: https://www.nominet.uk/complaints/

All registrations, modifications, and renewals of UK extensions strictly adhere to Nominet's baseline framework.
